I am Kelsay, and I am a college senior who loves to cook, bake, travel, and craft.  I’m a Liberal Studies major with a program in International Relations and Linguistics.  I’m a Political Science minor, and I have concentrations in Italian, French, Arabic, and Linguistics.  I love to read and learn about other countries and their cultures and languages (and food!).  I’m engaged to a wonderful man, Nick.  We’ve been together for 4 years now, and we are super excited to become a Mr. & Mrs.  next summer (July 2013!!!). I tend to post rather irregularly due to the many things I’m doing on a daily basis (school, work, planning a wedding, etc.), but I try to at least post once a month.  I hope you enjoy my blog!
